  Indeterminate pear that exhibits excellent quality and is high yielding. The fruit are a bright red color, firm, uniform and weigh approximately 6-8 grams with a brix rating of 8-10. USAT 10728 has an excellent shelf life and does not become translucent immediately after harvest. Observed disease resistance: BSK.
